Shipping & Returns
We ship using Priority mail to 48 USA states with a flat rate of $10. All orders of $99+ ship free within the US. We use UPS to ship international and the shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. (business days do not include weekends or holidays). We do have occasions where it may take us up to 10 business days to ship (product launches, restocks, store closings etc.) but we make it a priority to give you updates on your order.
Once shipped, delivery time is within 3 business days. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
International orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
It can be such a hassle to have to ship back items you are not satisfied with! Due to the delicate nature of our products, we want to make it simple for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, how the candle burns or something else then send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days and we will send you a similar product of your choice with no extra cost to you or a refund. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
