Shipping & Returns
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $99 receive free standard shipping.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. (business days do not include weekends or holidays). We do have occasions where it may take us up to 5 business days to ship (product launches, restocks, store closings, custom orders etc.) but we make it a priority to give you updates on your order.
Once shipped, delivery time is within 3 business days. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
Track your order
Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. To track orders, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.
Returns & refunds
It can be such a hassle to have to ship back items you are not satisfied with! Due to the delicate nature of our products, we want to make it simple for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, how the candle burns or something else then send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days and we will send you a similar product of your choice with no extra cost to you or a refund. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the date the order was placed at no charge. Once we cancel your order, a refund will be issued. Any orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
