Shipping & Returns


Enjoy complimentary shipping on U.S. orders. International rates and express delivery are calculated at checkout based on your mailing address. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays excluding major holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on major holidays will be processed the following business day. We do have occasions where it may take us up to 7 business days to ship (busy holiday seasons, store closings, custom orders etc.) but we make it a priority to give you updates on your order.

Once shipped, delivery time is within 2-5 business days. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. To track orders, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. You may also see your orders and tracking numbers in your account.

It can be such a hassle to have to ship back items you are not satisfied with! Due to the delicate nature of our products, we want to make it simple for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, how the candle burns or something else, contact us within 7 days and we will send you a similar product of your choice with no extra cost to you or a refund. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
