We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Afterpay. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays and declines.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on major holidays will be processed the following business day. We do have occasions where it may take us up to 7 business days to ship (busy holiday seasons, store closings, custom orders etc.) but we make it a priority to give you updates on your order.

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account. Your most recent orders and tracking number (once orders are shipped) will be available to review.

If you would like to cancel your order within four hours after it has been placed, please contact us at 757-504-2281 or by email at hello@abeillebliss.com. Once we cancel your order, a refund will be issued. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

An order may be canceled due to errors in processing payment information, items not available, cannot ship to the address provided or by customer's request. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
