You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the date the order was placed at no charge. Once we cancel your order, a refund will be issued. Any orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
We are sorry to hear that you aren't loving your products! Due to the delicate nature of our products, we want to make it simple for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, how the candle burns or something else then send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days and we will send you a similar product of your choice with no extra cost to you or a refund.
