We currently only ship within the US and Canada. Enjoy free standard shipping on domestic orders of $99+. International and expedited rates are calculated at checkout.
Our home studio is located in Newport News, Virginia.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Afterpay. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays and declines.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on major holidays will be processed the following business day. Our products are all hand poured so we do have occasions where it may take us up to 10 business days to ship due to product availability, major holidays and store closings.
International orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered once it is shipped from our location. The buyer is responsible for any additonal fees that may apply depending on your country (custom, taxes and duties).
If you would like to cancel your order within four hours after it has been placed, please contact us by email at hello@abeillebliss.com. Once we cancel your order, a refund will be issued. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
An order may be canceled due to errors in processing payment information, items not available, cannot ship to the address provided or by customer's request. You will receive an email with the cancellation reason. If you have any questions about the canceled order, please email us at hello@abeillebliss.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It can be such a hassle to have to ship back items you are not satisfied with! Due to the delicate nature of our products, we want to make it simple for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, how the candle burns or something else, contact us within 14 days and we will send you a similar product of your choice with no extra cost to you or a full refund. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
